UNSCN Activities: Task Forces
The UNSCN Action Plan envisioned three Task Forces of the Steering Committee to be established to work on cross-cutting issues in nutrition: Advocacy, Communication and Partnership Building (ACPB), Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation (AME), and Development of Integrated Approaches (DIA)
To date, the Task Force on Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation has worked on a continuing basis, and its webpage presents a variety of materials including fact sheets produced.
The Task Force on Advocacy, Communication and Partnerships Building was very active before the 34th SCN Session in Rome and was the driving force behind developing the current UNSCN logo.
