EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2018

11-12 June 2018, Annexet and Quality Hotel Globe, Stockholm, Sweden

The 2018 EAT Stockholm Food Forum explored a range of solutions available for achieving healthy and sustainable diets for a growing global population. Participants confronted some of the hard questions head on, such as how to feed the world with zero land expansion and ocean depletion, or the benefits of processed foods and clean meat. See the Program here and read more about the main topics here

UNSCN, together with FAO and WHO, organized the side event Actioning Nutrition to drive the 2030 Agenda on 12 June.  During this event, participants discussed the challenges related to nutrition in rapidly urbanizing world, where unsustainable food production and consumption patterns put our health and planet at risk. They shared concrete commitments for improving nutrition that can pave the way towards more sustainable food systems, healthier cities, and a better future for all. Read Charlotte Dufour's BLOG from the event.

Missed the event? Feel free to watch recordings from the Forum at eatforum.org and on EAT’s Facebook page.
