This HANDBOOK is designed to increase nutrition capacity in East and southern Africa with a focus on the processes involved when adapting existing nutritional guidelines to suit country-specific situations and objectives. It includes guidance on how to use and produce technical
material as well as monitoring and evaluating their use. It is aimed at health professionals and policy makers.
